Mission Statement:
To Provide Practical Solutions To Owners, Tenants, Investors In The Sale And Lease Of Commercial Real Estate Property And To Do So In A Cost Effective And Efficient Manner.
Rick Callahan, a Dallas native, is a Texas licensed real estate broker and owner of Callahan
Properties Commercial Real Estate Services (Realtors). He earned his Real Estate License in 1979
and a Broker License in 1985. That same year, 1985 he started his company, Callahan Properties. Callahan served 3 terms on the Dallas City Council, from June 2013-June 2019, and has been a
long time advocate and community servant since 1978.
